DELIVERY. Orders are shipped the SAME DAY they are received if payment is by check clears.
Inside the U.S.: Regular U.S. Mail 2-5 business days; Priority Mail 2-3 business days; U.S. Express Mail overnight (except 2nd day to "remote locations"); Federal Express overnight; Federal Express 2nd business day, UPS 1-5 days depending on distance from Minnesota and class of service.
Outside the U.S.: Registered U.S. Mail 3-12 business days; Federal Express 2 business days; UPS 2-5 days depending on distance from US.

SHIPPING is by regular U.S mail unless otherwise specified. All shipping includes insurance. Remember that delays could be due to customs problems. We mark all orders as "SAMPLES" which may prevent customs charges on small quantity shipments. Sorry, no COD is possible outside the U.S.
INSIDE THE U.S.: for one laser pointer $3.85. Add $1.50 for Priority Mail. Additional pieces ship at $1.80 per piece. For shipment by UPS add $2.35 per piece to $3.85 base price. U.S. Express Mail Overnight $12.00 (one pointer), $13.25 for 2-4 pointers, Federal Express (1 pointer), overnight, $13.50 - $18.50, 2nd day $7.75 - $12.75, depending on proximity to Minnesota, 2-4 pointers $15.00-$20.00, 2nd day $10.00 - $14.00).
OUTSIDE THE U.S.: We are experienced in international shipping and will ship by the cheapest way possible (so long as it is by air).
Registered U.S. Mail for one laser pointer: Canada $7.85, U.K. $8.85, Western Europe $9.85, other countries $11.00 maximum. Add $4.75 for each additional pointer.
Federal Express. Take advantage of our 20% volume discount on FedEx prices to receive your pointer in 1 business day Canada and Western Europe, 2-3 days other countries. FedEx tracks your shipment to prevent losses and provide compensation for damage/theft enroute. For one pointer: Canada $19.00 - $21.00 depending on nearness to large city, U.K., Germany, France, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Luxemborg, Carribean, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan $22.00; remainder of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Phillipines, China, Arab Kingdoms, Israel $25.00; South America $33.00; other countries $51.00. For 2, 3 or 4 pointers add 30% of base cost, for 5 or more add 30% of base cost plus 9% per pointer.
Air Freight Forwarder. Up to 100 pointers can be shipped in 3-5 days for $115 - $160.
Taxes and Customs Duties. No taxes are charged for products leaving the U.S. Customs duties and taxes vary by country and must be paid at the time the pointers are delivered to you. We mark all shipments as SAMPLES, which sometimes exempts them from customs duty. Remember that delayed shipments may be held up in customs, but we provide the required packing and paperwork to prevent such delays as much as possible.
